... when a man lowers his testicles down onto someone's mouth.
Teasing:

... compulsion to collect objects or clothing belonging to females.
Third base:
... slang for foreplay, usually including oral sex or penetration with a finger or tongue.
Thlipsosis:
... sexual arousal from pinching others.
Thrashing:
... heavy and prolonged flogging or flagellation.
Three-legged bloomers:
... bondage underwear garment that has sleeve for head that opens to genitals of partner.
Threesome:
... three people having sex at once.
Thud:
... term used to describe the feeling of being hit by an heavy instrument; opposite of sting.
Thusiai:
... a sacrifice of food cooked on an altar and eaten later by priests or worshippers.
Thygatria:
... sex between father and daughter.
Tickler sleeve:
... sleeve inserted over a vibrator that is used to "tickle" a certain area. Tickler sleeves usually have some type of "tentacle" or other protrusions that function as the ticklers.
Tickling:
... light touch that sometimes causes a laughter response.
Timophilia:
... when a person's primary arousal comes from gold or wealth.

... slang for placing the penis in the cleavage of a woman's breasts and thrusting, mimicking intercourse.

Top:
... generally, the person in charge/control of an SM scene, i.e., the doer rather than the "doee".
Top space:
... state of altered consciousness achieved during a scene by the dominant or top characterized by feelings of intense focus, clarity of thought, a sense of extreme power or high energy, and/or exhilaration. Feelings of distance and objectivity, as if one were commanding from a mountain top, may paradoxically accompany feelings of connection to the submissive, as if there were a psychic link.

A dispassionate perspective may combine with erotic ardor. Top space may be followed by either a continued sense of well-being or by feelings of fatigue, depression, or lethargy.
Topping from the bottom:
... the not always subtle art of a bottom adding directions to a scene. As in "No damnit, use the other flogger! Are you almost finished?"
Toss salad:
... slang for licking someone's anus.
Toy:
... generally, any item of equipment used in an SM scene.
TPE:
... Total Power Exchange - term for an extreme form of a 24/7 D/s relationship.
Torture:
... inflicting pain to get information or for revenge, also used in sex play. Generic term for activities that occur during a scene. Can be from mild to extreme.
Tourniquets:
... a device that compresses blood vessels to control bleeding, sometimes sexual.
Toucheurism:
... touching a stranger for arousal. Arousal from surreptitiously touching a stranger on an erotic body part.
Tragolimia:
... compulsive desire for sex regardless of attraction of partner.
Train:
... line of men having sex, where each man anally penetrates the man in front of him, connecting together like the cars of a train. Also refers to a group of people lined up waiting to have sex with someone.
Training:
... discipline used by the dominant to control the submissive's behavior.
Transgendered:
... having feelings or characteristics that fit a gender other than the one assigned at birth.
Transsexual:
... one presenting behaviors and physical cues that fit a gender other than the one assigned at birth, sometimes involving hormonal and/or surgical modification of one's body to fit one's gender.
Transvestite:
... A person who receives sexual gratification and often a relief from anxiety by dressing in the clothing of the opposite sex. Unlike a transsexual, this person usually does not wish to live as a member of the opposite sex or change their gender.
Transvestophilia:
... sexual arousal from crossdressing.
Traumaphilia:
... sexual arousal from wounds or trauma; automasochism.
Trial marriage:
... couple who lives together for a period to determine compatibility for marriage.
Tribadism:
... lesbianism, or sex by rubbing. A sexual activity in which one woman lies on top of another, often "scissoring" her legs with her partners', and moves rhythmically for mutual clitoral stimulation. See also frottage.
Tribbing:
... lesbian practice where two women rub their vaginas together during sex.
Triborgasmia:
... wife who masturbates husband.
Trichophilia:
... hair fetish.
Tripsolagnia:
... sexual arousal from having hair shampooed.
Tripsolagnophilia:
... sexual arousal from massage.
Tripsophilia:
... sexual arousal from massage.
Troilism:
... sexual arousal by being third party in sex scene.
Troubadours:
... 11th-13th century musician poets that popularized love and chivalry.
Tunnel of love:
... carnival boat ride that passed through a dark tunnel allowing couples a moment of privacy.
Turophilia:
... transvestite.
Twink:
... gay man, specifically one who looks young, has a slight build, and had little body hair.
Tyrannism:
... cruelty; sadism.
Tyson's Glands:
... a 19th century invention by physicians who assumed smegma needed to have a glandular source and was only produced by males. These "glands" are mythical. Smegma is a harmless collection of sweat and shedding cells, produced by both sexes, which provide some immune protection as well.

Normal routine hygiene, for both genders, addresses this concern. Advocating circumcision of either gender to rid the body of smegma is ill-informed 19th century medicine, and part of the larger mythology used to sustain genital mutilations.
