Dacnolagnomania:

Dacrylagnia:

Decorative binding:
... using rope or cord to compress or tie a portion of the body where struggle will not cause it to tighten or cut into the submissive.
Deep Throat:
... slang term for a type of oral sex in which a partner is able to overcome his or her gag-reflex and allow the penis to go deeply into the mouth, and sometimes down the throat.
Defecolagnia:
... sexual arousal from defecation.
Defilement:
... sexual arousal from partner or self becoming dirty or wet.
Deliberate self-harm syndrome:
... automasochism.
Dendrophilia:
... sexual arousal from tree or fertility worship of them.
Dental Dam:
... a safe sex barrier, usually made of a flat sheet of of latex, used when performing oral sex on women.

A latex shield, about 6" x 10" in size, that can be used to cover the vulva or anus during oral sex to avoid skin-to-skin contact and exchange of body fluids.
Deosculate:
... to kiss another person affectionately.
Depilation:
... shaving, waxing, or other type of hair removal.
Depuscelate:
... to loose one's virginity.
Dermagraphism:
... marks left on the skin of a partner by biting, scratching or sucking.
Dermaphilia:
... doraphilia; sexual stimulus from skin.
Deviance:
... paraphilia; practice that deviates from the majority of society.
Diaphragm:
... a dome-shaped rubber device worn over the cervix to prevent pregnancy.

Dirty Sanchez:
... performing oral sex on someone after they engage in anal sex. A dirty Sanchez or filthy Sanchez is a term describing any sex practice that results in a person having a "mustache" made at least partially of fecal matter.
Discharge:
... ejaculation of semen through the penis as a result of orgasm, or a slow expulsion or "drip" of fluids from the penis caused by a sexually transmitted disease.
Discipline:
... punishment and control of a partner in sex play.
Diseases (STD or VD):
... sexually transmitted diseases, also called venereal diseases.
Divertissement:
... paraphilia.
Docking:
... slipping one partner's foreskin over the glans penis of another.
Dog training:
... role-play where the sub/bottom is trained/treated like a dog, such as wearing a collar and lead, eating and drinking from a bowl on the floor, made to beg and bark.
Doggy Style:
... a popular sexual position in which a person who is on all fours is penetrated from the rear, either vaginally or anally. Also known as rear entry, doggy style is a particularly effective position for G-spot stimulation in women.

Dominant:
... a person who prefers to assume the powerful role in sadomasochistic (SM) play. Also known as a "top."
Domination:
... to be dominated by another. This includes obeying instructions, carrying out tasks, humiliation, and being dominated generally.

Domination, in its strictest definition, is largely psychological play and is distinct from "topping", which refers to physical SM.
Dominatrix:
... a dominant person in a bondage or S&M relationship; usually denotes a female professional.
Dom:
... a male dominant in a bondage or S&M relationship.
Domme:
... a female dominant in a bondage or S&M relationship.
Donkey punch:
... having anal sex with someone and punching them in the back of the head to make them pass out.
Doraphilia:
... sexual arousal from animal fur, leather, or skin.
Double Dildo:

Double penetration:

Douches:

Drag queens:
... gay men who dress in female attire.
Dungeons:
... rooms that are decorated for SM play.
Dysfunctions:
... physical disorders relating to sex.
Dry humping:
... slang for simulating intercourse by rubbing up against a partner while fully clothed.
Dungeon:
... generic term used to describe a play area. Dungeons can be permanant or temporary, with fixed, portable, or no equipment.
Dysmorphophilia:
... sexual arousal from deformed or physically impaired partners.
Dystychiphilia:
... a paraphilia where someone gets pleasure from accidents.
Dysuria:
... painful or difficult urination, often caused by a sexually transmitted disease.
