What follows is a rather comprehensive list of brief definitions for a wide range of normal and perhaps not so normal sexual practices, sex and sexuality, sexual health and yes, sex toy related terms.

... slang for anal sex.
Backwards cowgirl:

Bacterial STD:
... a sexually transmitted disease that is a bacteria. Common bacterial STD's are syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia.
Bagpipe:

Balantis:
... an inflammation of the glans and foreskin of the penis that can be caused by infections, irritations, drugs, or other factors.
Balanoposthitis:
... an inflammation of the glans penis and overlying prepuce.
Ball dancing:
... bell dancing; self flagellation by hanging fruit from hooks in skin.
Ball gag:
... a ball shaped gag that prevents talking, held in place by a simple or elaborate harness.
Balloon knot:
... the anus or ass hole.
Bardajes:

Bareback:
... sex without a condom, especially for anal sex.
Barosmia:
... sexual arousal from smell.
Basoexia:

Bastinado:
... form of torture or punishment involving beating the soles of the feet; these are very tender and should be handled with care.
Basorthosis:
... when the penis becomes erect during kissing.
Bath house:
... commercial baths, some of which allow sex on premises.
BBW:
... abbreviation for Big Beautiful Woman.
BBBW:
... abbreviation for Big Breasted Beautiful Woman.
BDSM:
... an acronym of "B&D" (Bondage & Discipline), "D&S" (Dominance & Submission), and "S&M" (sadomasochism). "BDSM" refers to any or all of these things, and a lot of stuff besides. Tying up your lover is BDSM; so is flogging that person, or bossing that person around, or any of a thousand other things.

BDSM is highly erotic, usually (though not always) involves sex or sexual tension; and is highly psychologically charged. One person (the "submissive") agrees to submit to another person (the "dominant").
B and D:
... Bondage and Discipline, a subgroup within BDSM that is largely involved in making the submissive/bottom physically helpless and applying stimuli that outside of a scene would be painful.
Bear:
... Slang for a homosexual man with a lot of body hair.
Beastiality:
... sexual interest or sexual acts with animals other than human.
Beating:
... striking, typically administered as punishment, particularly in connection with childhood punishments such as spanking, caning, or whipping but also used to describe more "adult" scenes, like whipping.
Bed of Nails:
... lying on a bed of nails for sensory enhancement.
Bee stings:
... the use of bees, such as to sting genitals.
Behavioral Transexualism:
... living and dressing as a member of the opposite sex without having had sexual reassignment surgery.
Bell dancing:
... self-flagellation with bells or other ornaments hanging the skin.
Belting:
... striking with a belt, normally on the buttocks or thighs but sometimes on the shoulders. In everyday language, sometimes used more generally; "belting someone in the mouth" is more likely to involve the backs of the hands than a belt.
Belonephilia:
... A paraphilia where an individual is aroused by pins, needles or other sharp objects.
Bended orgasm:
... an orgasm that combines elements of both a G-Spot and clitoral orgasm.
Ben Wa Balls:

... zoophilia; sex with animals.

... a term for someone who is curious about or willing to experiment with bisexual activities.
Bi-Sexuality:
... people with sexual attraction for both sexes.
Biastophilia:
... those preferring to violently rape their victims.
Bigamy:
... the act of marrying one person while being married simultaneously to another.
Bigendered:
... a person who occasionally switches between masculine and feminine gender roles.
Bigynist:
... sex between one male and two females.
Bihari surgery:
... cutting ligament above penis to make it appear longer.
Biiest:
... a female who has a fetish for female feet.
Bindings:
... wWrapping feet, breasts, or genitals with string or lace.
Biphobia:
... Fear or dislike of bisexual people.
Birch, birching:
... light wooden rod or bundle of twigs, traditionally from the birch tree; striking with such an implement.
Bird watching:
... performing oral sex on a man, and then swallowing the semen.
Bisexual:
... a person interested in sex with both men and women. Homosexual - someone who has sexual interest only towards the same sex. Hetrosexual - someone with sexual interest only towards the opposite sex.
Bivirist:
... sex between one female and two males.
Black lightning:
... a black fiberglass or resin rod often with a leather or rubber handle that is used as a cane. Can you guess what colour white lightning is?
Black snake:
... single-lash whip that is flexible all the way to the knob.
Blastolania:
... sexual arousal from younger females.
Blastolagnia:
... person sexually aroused by young females.
Blindfold:
... covering the eyes when it is time to make your sex life a little more exciting and interesting. With the use of blindfolds, couples can over come the bordom and predictability that sets into any relationship after a period of time.

Bondage:
... the practice of being physically restrained, as with cords or handcuffs, as a means of attaining sexual gratification. Can also be used to refer to emotional restraint between partners.

... Physical or symbolic containment or constriction of any part of the body as a part of erotic play; a sexual activity in which a person is bound while another disciplines or punishes them, often verbally and physically with spanking, flogging, or other such activities.

Bottom:

Butch:
